School meals

All children in Reception Class and KS1 are entitled to a free school meal under the current Government Universal Free School meals scheme. For children in Key Stage 2 the cost of a school lunch is £2.41 per day.

All meals have to be ordered via the MyChildAtSchool app (MCAS). Menu's are published at the start of the term. The cut-off day for ordering school dinners is 5 days prior to the week they commence.

Whether you are a paying parent or entitled to free school meals, please ensure you order your child's meal options. The option of 'packed lunch from home' is also available to identify that your child will not require a hot school dinner.

Key Stage 2 – Free School Meals

If your child is in Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) and you receive Universal Credit, income support, Working Tax Credit or some other benefits, you may be eligible for free school meals.

To find out if your child is eligible to Free School Meals, please visit the Lincolnshire County Council website using the link below:

Packed lunches

If you wish, your child can also bring in a packed lunch. Please try to ensure that it contains a healthy balance of ingredients, for example a sandwich, some raw vegetable, and some fruit. Please don’t include sweets or fizzy drinks in your child’s lunch box.

Kindly note that because of the risks from seed and nut allergies, we do not allow nuts and seeds, or products containing them, into school.
